Sligo, Leitrim and West Cavan Parent Support Champions work together to promote positive parenting and family wellbeing across our communities. Our members come from a wide range of services and backgrounds and support parents at different levels throughout Sligo, Leitrim and West Cavan. Our aim is to improve outcomes for parents and families by sharing information, providing support, encouraging parental participation, and organising events for parents.
Each year, this initiative receives a small fund to provide targeted supports for parents. To help us plan supports for 2026, we would greatly appreciate if you could take two minutes to complete the survey linked below. The information you provide will be used for Tusla initiatives and help develop a Parent Support Strategy promoted by Sligo Leitrim Children and Young Peoples Services Committee who are working to achieve improved outcomes for children and young people through more integrated planning and service delivery.
