NEW Siblings Social Club (Online)Fun, relaxed, social space. Ages 12-15

Connected Siblings: A weekly online group for Brothers and Sisters of those with ADHD- a fun, relaxed and supportive space.
Do you have a brother or sister with ADHD? Sometimes it can help to spend time with other young people who understand what that's like.
Our Siblings Social/Creative Group offers a fun, relaxed and social space where you can take a break, be yourself, make new friends and enjoy creative activities with others who share similar experiences. You don't need to talk about ADHD if you don't want to – this is your time to connect, create and have fun.
Making friends and feeling understood are so important for confidence, wellbeing and emotional development. Through creative activities, games and shared experiences, this group aims to help young people:
- Build friendships with peers who understand family life with ADHD.
- Increase confidence and self-esteem.
- Express themselves creatively in a safe and supportive environment.
- Develop communication and social skills.
- Enjoy some time that's just for them.
The group will be led by Cian O'Ceallaghain. Cian has extensive experience working with children and young people and has delivered engaging Drama, Public Speaking and Creative Writing programmes that encourage creativity, confidence and participation.
