Ballymote Family Resource Centre, in partnership with the HSE Early Youth Mental Health Service, offers a free and confidential counselling support service for young people aged 12–25.
Ballymote Family Resource Centre, in partnership with the HSE Early Youth Mental Health Service, offers a free and confidential counselling support service for young people aged 12–25.
This brief intervention service supports young people who may be going through a difficult time and need someone to talk to.
Our support includes:
• Listening without judgement
• Advice and emotional support
• Help with decision making
• Guidance towards other helpful services
• Support with anxiety, stress, mood and emotional difficulties
Referrals can be made by a practitioner or by self-referral.
