Join the National Clown Orchestra and Áirc Damhsa Culture Club for one day only to celebrate Cruinniú na nÓg! And it’s all free!
Apprentice Clown Workshop for young people aged 7+. In just 1.5 hours you’ll learn the essential skills of clowning:
- how to walk completely wrong
- how to turn mistakes into masterpieces
- how to make music out of just about anything
- how to trip over absolutely nothing
You’ll create your own clown character: name, costume, walk and all and then step out onto the streets as part of a joyously chaotic, music filled parade with the National Clown Orchestra.
No experience needed. Just bring your imagination!
