A free online worshop by HSE Community Dietitians
Empower invites you to join their upcoming ‘Baby Food Made Easy’ workshop. It is FREE and is delivered every month, online by HSE Community Dietitians.
Workshops are aimed at parents who are starting or thinking about starting weaning and would like to get more information and have their questions answered.
The workshop will also include some food safety information and a cookery demonstration.
