Parents, Join Dr Sean Lally for his seminar on How to help your teen learn how to study
Dr Lally will look at:
* the mindset to bring to these mock exams
* how to make best use of this opportunity
* what are the three most important aspects to take from the exams
* how to reduce overwhelm and anxiety
* we will also have a look at some of the basics of optimal learning too
Even though I've entitled the talk "Parents - help your teen learn how to study with Dr. Seán Lally", we will incorporate this focus on preparation for the mock exams and what to do once they have finished.
