The first five years of a child’s life play a vital role in shaping their long-term mental health and wellbeing. Big feelings, big changes, and everyday moments all matter — for children and their parents.
To support parents during these important early years, the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (#𝗡𝗣𝗖), in partnership with 𝗦𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸’𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, is offering a series of 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 in January 2026.
These sessions support parents to better understand what’s happening for their child and to respond with calm and confidence. Parents will explore how everyday moments support emotional security, strong parent–child connection, resilience, coping skills, and children’s rights and wellbeing, including practical ways to use the 𝗙𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 in family life.
