Week of 1st December 2025 — Free NPC Online Sessions
This is Session 3 of our three-part RSE programme for post-primary parents, funded by the Sexual Health Crisis Pregnancy Programme.
In Sessions 1 & 2, we explored:
• Supporting teens to build and maintain healthy relationships
• Communication skills, active listening and opening up conversations
Now in Session 3, we look at how to make “the big talk” many small talks — helping parents have ongoing, natural chats with their teen about boundaries, safety, relationships, feelings and growing up.
This session is ideal for those who completed Parts 1 & 2 — but it also works perfectly as a stand-alone session with practical, supportive guidance.
