An introduction of Solids to your baby Covering Sligo/Leitrim/West Cavan/South Donegal areas
The solid start programme is a free education programme provided by Public Health Nurses to parents when your baby is aged between 4-6months.
This programme involves education to parents on the importance of a healthy diet and the different stages of weaning for their baby onto family foods.
Each class is interactive and practical. The content of the class is researched based and endorsed by the community dietician team.
